Shipping Policy

Shipping is free within the United States and Canada.

From the time you place an order, your item will be shipped within 8-10 business days.

Artworks will be carefully packaged and shipped via USPS First Class with Insurance. If your package is damaged during shipment, please reach out immediately and I will initiate a claim - info.robinzygelman@gmail.com

Packages should arrive 5-7 business days after they are shipped. Tracking numbers will be provided when available. Check your email for updates.

Since products are printed to order, please allow roughly 20 business days total from order to receipt.

Refund Policy

Robin Zygelman Photography wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, I will gladly accept returns for refund or merchandise credit under the following terms and conditions:

ITEM CONDITION: The item may be “open box” but must be complete and all original packaging intact.
 FORM OF PAYMENT: For returned items, refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
 If the original form of payment is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion. EXCLUDED ITEMS: All items, except the following, are eligible for return:

 Final sale Items, Special-order items
, Custom-made products, and Gift cards.

We reserve the right to refuse any return if the item does not meet the above criteria or at the discretion of store management.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase with a valid receipt or proof of purchase. Please reach out to info.robinzygelman@gmail.com to initiate a return. Please include your original order number and reason for the return. Returns that are shipped without authorization may not be accepted. Please allow up to 30 business days for your refund to be processed once your return is received.

Return shipping will be paid for by Robin Zygelman Photography.
